*  Excellent remuneration $120-150K + allowances.


This is a rare opportunity to join Optiscan Inc., a global leader in the development and application of microscopic imaging technologies.

 

This is a hands-on role requiring an experienced and proven National Sales Manager with a Life Science or similar degree.

 

The successful applicant will need to have had enough experience to be able to confidently sell high-cost capital equipment in the research arena, and hold knowledgeable conversations about research applications.

 

Applications should possess:

*  4-5 years experience in biological/lab sales.

*  Proven track record in research sales in the US.

*  Experience selling high-cost items.

*  Exposure to microscopy, confocal, in vivo experimentation and imaging.

*  Proven experience in tracking, recording and chasing sales leeds.

*  Ability to update database.

*  Understanding of sales data.
*  Understanding of sales concepts and identifying/targeting markets.

 

*  Self motivation.

*  Good time management skills.

*  Effective verbal and written communication skills.

*  Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

*  Degree in life science or similar.

 

Applicants must be willing to travel within the US.  Flexible hours are also required.

 

An excellent remuneration package will be offered to the right person with uncapped commission, car allowance, flight membership, laptop, phone, travel and expense accounts.

 

Training will be provided to the right applicant.
