DePuy designs, manufactures and distributes orthopaedic devices and supplies including hip, knee, extremity, trauma, orthobiologics, and operating room products. The Technical Sales Manager position at Depuy Orthopaedics Inc. will manage the sales process for Ci Image Guided Surgery to meet assigned expectations, which includes assisting in the development and execution of local Business Plans. The Technical Sales Manager will maintain the capital products selling process from introduction to completion and will execute a meeting support plan for local & national surgeon programs, clinical training meetings, and internal sales training programs. Other responsibilities will include developing effective interdependent partnering relationships with internal and external customers as well as maintain and nurture existing business relationships. You will analyze and identify new surgeon customers and Participate in local field training with both full line reps and customers. You will support OST sales training programs and educate field office personnel on DePuy products & procedures related to the sale of Brainlab systems and understand, train, maintain, and follow stated corporate guidelines. The TSM will perform all job duties in full accordance with the Worldwide Policies on Information Asset Protection, maintain password(s) as Confidential, and protect Critical Business Information. The TSM incorporates and complies with all applicable laws and regulations relating to DePuy's business activities and Policies and Procedures of the Health Care Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
