ETHICON, Inc. develops and markets products within three divisions: Ethicon Products for wound closure and tissue repair; Johnson & Johnson Wound Management with biosurgical technologies to manage intra-operative bleeding and postoperative leaking, as well as advanced wound care products; and Ethicon Women's Health & Urology with minimally invasive gynecological and urological solutions in stress urinary incontinence, pelvic floor repair and uterine disorders. The Territory Assistant position at ETHICON is an excellent opportunity to learn the Advanced Wound Care product line and sales process from seasoned sales professionals in the field. As a Territory Assistant, you will support a region by aiding in the expansion of sales of advanced wound care products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction. In this role, the Territory Assistant will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology. Additionally, you will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action. At any given time, this position will require you to relocate to another state/location. You must be willing to relocate to the given region. Must be willing to work in an Operating Room environment. Candidates must have a valid driver's license in one of the 50 states and clean driving record. A current method of effectively targeting accounts and achieving results through a daily action plan is preferred. This position requires the candidate to be willing to relocate and/or travel at any given time based on the needs of the company within the geographical sales region.
