OEM Product Manager or Director (Communications & Analysis)
In this high profile role, you will be an integral part of our mission critical Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) team that is responsible for the development and maintenance of OEM training programs, processes and schedules as well as communication tools and implementation of Masimo features. From developing and maintaining current OEM product line descriptions, pricing and strategies, to creating key OEM operating metrics, including customer satisfaction surveys, product satisfaction measurements, pricing and performance analysis, you will be the point person in making it happen! Responsibilities:
· Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing. MBA a plus.
· Responsible for developing and managing common activities across all OEM’s, including:
· Development and maintenance of OEM training programs, processes, product lines and schedules including communication tools (Signals and Flash Updates)
· Maintenance of key contacts and mailing lists for OEM partners.
· Development and maintenance of internal Masimo training tools, including current OEM product line descriptions, pricing, and strategies.
· Development and maintenance of OEM tradeshow strategy, calendar, and attendance from Masimo OEM Business representatives.
· Development of OEM partner co-marketing efforts to drive adoption of Masimo SET technology.
· Creation and maintenance of OEM partner contract summaries and key provisions for use in negotiation of contracts.
· Create and be accountable for key OEM operating metrics, including customer satisfaction surveys, product satisfaction measurements, pricing and performance analysis.
· Support Masimo direct sales by being the first line of contact for OEM partner products, services, and regional and territory level contact information.
· Support the President, Worldwide OEM Business as necessary to achieve OEM Business objectives.
Desired Training, Experience, and Characteristics:
· Minimum three years of marketing experience or 5 years of sales/marketing experience with product management and marketing communications responsibility.
· Experience working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organizations. Must be capable of working effectively in both environments and possess the flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment.
· Must be a proven manager with a strong results orientation, positive "can do" attitude, and a sense of urgency to get things done.
· Must be PC literate and have excellent organizational skills. PowerPoint, Excel, and Word proficiency is a must.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interface effectively with all departments.
· Must be a self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction. Must be accustomed to a moderate travel schedule.
