The selected candidate will oversee and facilitate the day to day administrative operations of the office. In this role, you will organize the administrative operations in the office to ensure compliance with procedures and SOPs; provide administrative support to senior management; oversee switchboard coverage, monitor absence line, petty cash reconciliation, and submit monthly reports including space occupancy; and ensure effective and efficient utilization of office space and equipment. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for upgrades and build-outs and liaison with other ICON offices. The qualified candidate will have an associate’s degree along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to effectively interact with management and employees. Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Must be able to work independently, provide excellent customer service and be able to lift 50 pounds.
