Office Assistant

Are you interested in being a part of a company who is preparing to take their product to the US marketplace?  It’s an exciting time at Glaukos.  We are a growing dynamic medical device company seeking an energetic, reliable, team player, who can effectively multi task and who enjoys a diverse position.  We have a need for a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant to provide support to our organization and perform the day to day duties listed.

Responsibilities include: Front desk, main phone, mail, shipping/receiving Data entry, filing, and record keeping Companywide travel arrangements Ordering office supplies and snacks Office and equipment maintenance Administrative support to Sr. Mgmt team Some meeting organization and preparation Events planning and company-wide communication Clerical projects under the direction of Human Resources and Sr. Management

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required: Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, & Access Positive can-do think-out-of-the-box attitude Willingness to accomplish a broad spectrum of tasks Superior focus on details Follow-up and tenacity Strong communication skills, written and verbal Organization and time management skills 2 years office experience in a support capacity
