Office Services Manager (Job Requisition #96)

 

Summary:

Manage the Office Coordinator, contract janitorial team and telecom consultant.  Will also support ongoing growth and change by maintaining organized and functional office space and building services for all of Isis’s facilities.

 

Responsibilities:

· Set and review strategic department goals and align with overall company goals

· Maintain and forecast Office Services and capital budgets

· Manage office coordinator; set employee goals, and conduct performance reviews

· Manage contract janitorial services

· Oversee the office environment and all equipment (copiers, fax, furniture and fixtures)

· Act as liaison with building management

· Oversee all office vendor services - supervise vendor relationships and vendor reviews and coordinate negotiations

· Act as a project manager and coordinator for all office construction/build-out projects

· Coordinate space planning with other departments to accommodate constant growth and change; internal move planning and execution

· Supervise the coordination of company-sponsored employee events (holiday party, summer party, soirees etc.)

· Manage all company telecom and mobile phone services, utilities and building leases

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· At least 5 years related experience performing similar duties for a 50,000+sq.ft. facility and 300+ employees

· Strong communication, organization, project management and customer service skills

· Ability to work closely across the organization and influence others to achieve goals

· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Leadership & strategic planning ability

· Must be a team leader and a possess a willingness to be hands-on

· Proficient PC skills and familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD experience preferred
