This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Plainsboro, New Jersey near Princeton.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
· Develop detailed project plan, budget, and task management in accordance with Integra’s Oracle Applications Development Lifecycle.
· Utilize implementation methodologies and deliverable templates (Resource Plan, Work Plan, Test Plan, Implementation Plan, etc.).
· Review, analyze and evaluate business systems, tools and information needs for project scope.
· Identify, negotiate and procure project-related items, resources or services.
· Manage multiple teams of employees, consultants and vendor resources for various projects.
· Develop, maintain and report project progress metrics to executive management and team members on progress toward objectives.
· Make project decisions regarding issues escalated from functional and technical teams.
· Manage and ensure all project issues are resolved promptly.
· Provide guidance to project teams on implementation methodologies and internal project processes.
· Drive and facilitate the project team to successful completion of project within budget and on schedule.
· Provide leadership and direction to project staff.
· Responsible for the prioritization and conversion of short and long term business needs into cost effective solutions within the Oracle e-Business Suite framework.
· Improve project implementation methodology by performing Post Implementation Reviews and conducting Lessons Learned sessions.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEExperience with AIM Methodology, Business Process Engineering and Project Management tools and/or similar ERP implementation methodologies required;Experience in process analysis; process design, mapping, and re-engineering and process/software gap analysis required.Knowledge of all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle is required;Must have leadership experience in full life cycle implementations from initial assessment through post-production support;Experience with off-shore development models;Experience with Oracle On Demand;Experience with Computer Systems Validation, SOX and other IT Best PracticesExperience with converting data from legacy systems is a plus;
· Minimum of 5 years experience managing information technology solution projects, with 2 years of recent experience as a Project Manager implementing Oracle Applications;
· Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools;
· Proven ability to manage scope and budget;
· Ability to meet tight implementation schedules;
· Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities;
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
· Ability to establish effective working relationships and contribute in a team environment;Samples documents may be requested;
EDUCATION AND TRAININGBachelor’s degree in Business/Computer discipline or equivalent professional experience required.Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus
TRAVELMinimum of 25% and a potential for 50%-75% during certain points in the project
