Order Fulfillment & Data Entry Clerk

The company’s products are used for hair removal, wrinkle removal, rejuvenating the skin’s appearance, and cellulite reduction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Issue shipping labels for UPS and FedEx.
•Updating Excel files with inbound / outbound systems and applicators, completed by the end of each day.
•Use MFG (database software), which includes:  Inventory move,  install base update, issue packing list, open sales orders,  closing service calls
•Copy and file.
•Contact customers to verify address, schedule delivery and pick up .
•Answering and routing inbound calls
•Other office duties as assigned.


Requirements
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
•Team oriented, proactive and enthusiastic.
•Excellent typing skills.
•Minimum 1-2 years customer service, shipping/receiving/general office experience
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with all staff members and customers such as Doctors and Clinic Managers.
•Intermediate skill levels in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Strong multi-tasking abilities
•Former experience with MFG (database) is a plus 


Working Conditions
•Regular business hours = 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.


Because of the nature of Syneron’s activities and requirements, additional hours of work may be required from time to time and incumbent in this position is expected to provide this time in support of his/her responsibilities.
