PART-TIME Administrative Assistant

PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT  Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a rapidly growing developer/manufacturer of pharmaceutical products.  Currently, our Regional office in the Park City, UT area is seeking applicants for a 20 hour per week administrative position to support the Regional Sales Director. Responsibilities  Administrative duties: creating and maintaining Excel Spreadsheets, preparing PowerPoint presentations, report analysis, composing and editing memos, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and calendar management.  Clerical support:  filing, data entry, mail, ordering supplies. Requirements:  This candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience.  College degree preferred.  Must live in the near Park City, UT area.  Proficient using MS Office Suite.   Analytical, detailed oriented, process oriented and results oriented.  Excellent communication skills   Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Please apply directly to our company website through the following link http://www.frx.com/careers/job_description.aspx?number=92401 EOE
