We are currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to handle all public inquiries pertaining to study participation and schedule screening appointments for qualified applicants. Additional responsibilities include: Collecting brief medical history and demographic information from potential subjects Making recommendations for process improvement Ensuring the website and phone system information is accurate and current Working with the screening department in coordinating all necessary screening information needed for recruitment Cross training in other departments as needed Attending out-reach programs to recruit participants Education Requirements: H.S. Diploma Must have excellent command of the English and Spanish language, both oral and written Experience Requirements: 1-2 years call center or customer service required Medical field experience a plus!
