Patient Care Representative

SUMMARY

Rutzen Eye Specialists, a mid-sized ophthalmology office, is seeking a Patient Care Representative for full-time employment in Severna Park, MD. Prior experience is not necessary – we will train the right person.

JOB DUTIES

- Interact directly with patients

- Obtain patient histories

- Assist doctor during exam as needed

- Perform various hands-on testing procedures (training provided)

- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail required

- Friendly/outgoing personality

- Service-oriented

- Computer savvy

- Good with your hands (gentle)

- Strong written and oral communication skills



EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

- Prior experience is helpful but not required

- Training provided

- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (compensation based on qualifications)
