SUMMARY: Our patent pending process coupled with innovative technology and "made to order" medication formulas are the basis of our Sinus Rx program, which the Inside Sales Department presents to doctors offices. Work 8 hours per day and have the opportunity to earn a six figure income.
WHO WE ARE:
Aerosol Science Laboratories is a Specialty Pharmacy that provides aerosolized sinus medications (antibiotics, anti-fungals, corticosteroids and mucolytics) that are inhaled through the nasal passages for better medication deposition into the sinuses. Using our Better Science/Better Service model, ASL Pharmacy takes care of its patients in a timely, professional manner. We accept most PPO drug benefit plans including all TriCare plans and Medicare Part D. ASL Pharmacy is a dedicated sinus pharmacy that prepares all of its medications in an ISO Class 5 clean room to insure drug sterility and patient safety.

Provide efficacious and cost effective treatments for thousands of Americans suffering from CRS (Chronic Rhinosinusitis), AFS (Allergic Fungal Sinusitis) and PAR (Perennial Allergic Rhinitis) with a program that focuses on clinical excellence, innovation, compassion, and customer service. Change the way the public perceives the delivery of medications for sinus infections. Serve our patients by providing an excellent continuum of pharmaceutical care. Partner with our prescribing physicians by providing comprehensive care for their sinusitis patients. Create a safe working environment that nurtures innovation and professionalism.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Patient Services Representative is responsible for activating new accounts and maintaining the sales volume coming from established customers and creating incremental growth via introducing new technology and delivering our world-class standard of service. Inside sales experience is a must.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a strong service oriented Inside Sales Account Executive to join our Sales team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years inside sales experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. You must enjoy and have the desire to talk on the phone, work hard and earn a great living. Your success will depend upon your efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Focuses on attaining new business, new product introduction, market share gain, with minimal customer service. Participates in sales strategy meetings, providing input and analysis regarding the market. Your ideas and experience will be valued.
QUALIFICATIONS: The Patient Services Representative needs to be assertive, enthusiastic & dynamic, energetic, self-confident with the ability to handle rejection and maintain productivity under pressure. He/she should be able to keep a positive attitude, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and work independently and with others as part of a team. If you have a winning attitude, we all win. Medical sales experience is a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree preferred (but not required) in business, science or related field from a four-year college or university and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and field sales experience; or equivalent inside sales experience. Experience in a direct sales environment preferred.
