We are Bell, Falla and Associates, LLC, a rapidly growing marketing research and consulting company specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Solid, year after year, increasing demand for our firm’s business has created the opportunity for a marketing research professional with excellent consulting and moderating skills.  In addition, a solid foundation in the application of quantitative methods is necessary, since our firm also specializes in quantitative research and, therefore, our clients look for consultant continuity for their projects.   

We are seeking someone who has the ability to strengthen relationships with existing clients and help establish new accounts. If you are a self-starter who has the skills to handle a wide variety of research assignments, from new product research to promotional research, we want to talk to you. 

Do you have the following qualifications?

·  Three to five years supplier side experience in generating and conducting qualitative research

·  Excel in project management and execution, including design, costing, proposal writing, implementation, moderation, analysis, report writing (with high proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Applications) and presenting results

·  Experience conducting interviews via telephone and in-person (both individual and focus groups)

·  Detail-oriented

·  Superior communication skills: verbal and written

·  The ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment  

·  Excel in understanding client research needs

·  The ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks

·  Team-player: the ability to work with and develop staff is essential  

·  Willingness to travel and work on domestic and international assignments

Highly desirable:

·  Experience in the medical/healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotech industries

·  Experience in the oncology field

·  Experience moderating in-depth interviews with physicians, nurses, patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare/medical professionalsPosition is based in our South Norwalk, CT office.
