Pharmaceutical Specialty Sales Representative

Our client is a growing manufacturer of specialty pharmaceuticals and a leader in their segment of the industry. They are expanding their national sales force and have asked us to locate a new sales representative to sell their prescription medicines to Dermatologists in Northern New Jersey. The ideal candidate we seek will have a 4 year degree and at least 2 years sales experience with a documented track record of success, as evidenced by stack rankings, awards and commendations. Pharmaceutical sales experience is helpful, but not required; therefore, candidates with experience in Business-to-Business or other direct, competitive sales will be given equal consideration. The successful candidate can expect to earn $85-95K or more the first year based on a starting salary of $55-65K (depending upon experience) plus a very lucrative incentive plan which adds $30K per year at goal, but could be even higher based on personal performance. In addition, you will receive a company car, an excellent benefit package, and high visibility for advancement to sales management in a rapidly growing company.
