ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT CuraScript, a wholly owned subsidiary of Express Scripts, is a leading national provider of specialty pharmacy services. CuraScript offers a broad range of healthcare products and services for individuals with chronic health conditions, such as growth hormone deficiencies, hepatitis C, hemophilia, HIV/AIDS, oncology, multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis. CuraScript provides comprehensive patient management services including clinical case management programs, counseling, education, outcomes measurement, social services, and reimbursement services. CuraScript Wholesale Services provides customized supply chain solutions for the biotech industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Package medications carefully and thoroughly in preparation of being mailed out to patients while maintaining high quality standards. Package special handling items accordingly. Verify/check address on prescription to ensure it matches the shipping label before sending the package. May accept orders at receiving door for pharmacy. Identify system problems and escalated to management as needed.Package, seal and label orders according to pharmacy procedures.  Periodically process special shipping requests from customer service and pharmacy. Enclose proper mailers with each order including patient advisory leaflet, invoice, information sheet and customized mailer for the next order. Verify/check address on prescription to ensure it matches the shipping label before sending packages to patients.Package prescriptions requiring special handling according to specific requirements. Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisor to ensure that best-practices are shared while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
