As a Hernia Solutions Territory Assistant, you will support a region by aiding in the expansion of sales of ETHICON's growing product family of Surgical mesh for Hernia repair in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction. In this role, the Hernia Solutions Territory Assistant will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology. Additionally, you will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action. At any given time, this position will require you to relocate to another state/location. You must be willing to relocate to the given region.
