Principal Business Consultant

The position will assist our account managers to grow our business and support sales of the aspenONE for Specialty Chemicals solutions, including batch recipe modeling, steady-state process simulation, batch distillation simulation, and solubility modeling.

This pre-sales technical support position is responsible for these activities:
- management level solution presentations
- technical product presentations
- software demonstrations
- business benefit case analysis
- understanding and communicating the alignment between client needs and our capabilities
- software evaluation support
- planning and coaching for software rollout

 

BS in chemical engineering or closely related fields, chemical engineering or business graduate studies desirable

Minimum 5 years process development experience

Prior Aspen engineering suite software experience desirable

Approximately 30% domestic travel
