Procurement Services Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:  Provide a full range of administrative activities and operational support to the Procurement Services management team and department.  Daily interactions with member of other departments. Act as the central point of contact for the Procurement Services organization. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Maintenance of files and records· Contract Administrator- Input contracts into system· Maintenance of Department website/portal information· Manage department attendance records· Coordination of Travel· Handle incoming/outgoing mail· Maintenance of office supplies, copies, equipment, etc.· Preparation of Department Metrics/Key Performance Indicators reports, etc.· Coordination / scheduling of meetings· Assisting with execution of projects· Preparing correspondence, communications, etc.· Department central point of contact for phone inquiries and issues.· Assist management team as required.   POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma, Associate degree or business school certificate preferred Licensure/Credentials: Two years of administrative experience with a minimum of one year purchasing experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:· Ability to multi task. Complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.· Must have strong computer skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.· Strong communication verbal and written.· Ability to communicate with various levels of management.· Self starter who can work independently.· Ability to work with others, flexible and work as a team member.· The hours are 8:30am-4:30pm; O/T as needed For consideration, please submit your resume along with salary requirements.  Committed to continuing diversity at work.EOE m/f/d/v
