Currently, we are experiencing significant growth and are conducting a nationwide search in efforts to expand our Product Development Team.  Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Development, the Product Development Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following:

 Acts as Product Systems Analyst for Product Development Group.  This person will become recognized as the functional expert of ViewPoint and eCTD Utilities software products.Responsible for leading requirements definition workshops with Product Management and other partners to decompose business requirements into functional specifications.  Takes ownership for development of Functional Requirements Specification document, and maintaining requirements baseline for software product suite.Works collaboratively with Developers and QA personnel to guarantee functional requirements are implemented within the software product correctly.  This person is responsible for development and interpretation of traceability matrices to maintain requirements traceability through the systems life cycle.Works with Customer Support Team, ViewPoint Implementation Services, and Product Management to research customer issues and identify and document potential product changes.

The successful candidate will have any combination of the following skills/experience: (not all are necessary, but strength in many would be ideal):BS degree in Computer Science or related degree Minimum of 5 years experience in a role as a systems analyst for complex business applications.Ability to interact collaboratively across a typical software product domain working with partners in Project Management, Business, Development, and QA in a systems analytical role.Experience with software applications in the pharma/bio-tech drug development space highly desirable.  Experience with Enterprise Content Management, Document Management, Publishing, Regulatory Submission Management, eCTD compilation standards is highly desirable. Experience with implementing systems in a validated environment and familiar with 21 CFR Part 11 desirable.
