Product Manager - Business Systems Skills Required: Product Manager, Business Systems, Cardiopulmonary, Perfusion, Blood Management, Blood Pathogen,Medical Devices, Marketing, Sales,Microsoft Software,Blood Pathogen Job Description: Product Manager - Business SystemsJoin a reputable and stable organization who provide products and services in cardio-pulmonary blood management.As Product Manager - Business Systems, you will: • Works with independence and without significant direction, translates customer needs and problems into product conceptualization, development and marketing tactics. • Provides leadership during product trials and introductions of software systems and HLM products. • Works with HLM team, with other marketing managers and cross functionally with senior management to implement defined strategic initiatives. • Coordinates efforts with manufacturing, engineering, quality, sales and other functional areas to produce quality products that meet customer needs. • Responsibilities involve projects of moderate scope in which analysis of situation or data requires review of identifiable factors and may have considerable financial impact on the HLM product line. • Accountable for achievement of sales, profitability and market share goals for software systems and associated products. • Executes strategic software plan developed by the HLM team and marketing organization • Collects and analyzes competitor information and tracks sales and profitability. • Develops and refines goals for assigned products. • Develops and coordinates software system introductions, sales and support materials, brochures and other tools. • Organizes, coordinates and presents software systems product seminars and in-service activities for customers and sales personnel. • Assists customers and sales personnel in the optimal use of software systems and how best to interface software with products as well as outside vendors. • Analyzes and resolves problems. • Assesses customer needs and market trends within the context of product and business capabilities and translates this assessment into workable strategies. • Works effectively and comfortably with physicians and other medical professionals, as well as with all functions and levels within the business organization. • Interacts with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness and persistence.Relocation assistance available for an ideal candidate!An ideal candidate will have: ~ Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing or software systems. ~ 2-3 years of medical device marketing or software marketing. ~ Field sales experience would be valuable. ~ Knowledge of cardiopulmonary applications and market place. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft computer software applications. ~ Works well within teams both cross-functionally and teams that are not located within a specific building or geography. ~ Ability to understand scientific facts and package them into a cohesive communication model for customers and sales personnel. ~ Ability to develop financial analysis to justify product or service investments. ~ Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical thinking and problem resolution skills. ~ Demonstrated team oriented behaviors and excellent communication skills. ~ Travel both domestically and internationally.Earn a generous salary with bonus along with an excellent benefit package including 401k w/match and a wonderful place to work!If this sounds like you, then apply today!
