Product Marketing Asst.

Understand and comply with all SOPs pertaining to specific area.  Provide input into the creation/revision of SOPs and assist in implementation and training of new SOPs; prepare complex communications to external customers concerning project activities; assist in administering programs relating to product quality; assist in administering work orders to ensure workflow of department progresses smoothly; respond to requests for information and interface with managers and technicians; contact and communicate with customers, as necessary; participate in planning/coordination of customer projects for department; may act as team leader in specific departmental projects; provide leadership and motivation to department personnel; perform all other related duties as assigned.  Associate's degree of equivalent and two to four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both education and experience required.  Bachelor's degree preferred.
