POSITION TITLE: Product Marketing Manager REPORTS TO: Sr. Marketing Manager STATUS: Exempt x Non Exempt JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: Serve as front-line product manager for the Abdominal Wall Application by developing and implementing the product marketing plan for LifeCell product portfolio against established direct sales business goals. Design and implement a comprehensive product marketing plan which includes establishing business plans, market segmentation analysis, competitive strategy development, pricing analysis, sales/revenue forecasts, product launches, and inventory management. Act as internal liaison for all operational issues. Provide continuing analysis of competitive information and recommend product enhancements. Provide ongoing product support to the direct sales force PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Execute day-to-day management of LifeCell product portfolio, including forecasting, packaging, labeling, product enhancements, and sales support. 2. Perform data analyses in support of LifeCell product strategies including measurements of market potential, market share, sales results and pricing scenarios. 3. Support departmental marketing and business development analysis needs 4. Monitor competitive information 5. Provide marketing input to multiple product development teams. 6. Proactively develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategies. QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM EDUCATION: B.A. required. MBA degree preferred. MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Ideal candidate will have two to five years experience in product marketing or brand management. Experience in the medical device, biotech, or healthcare industry perferred. Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to establish and communicate meaningful conclusions and recommendations. Strong results orientation. Excellent project management skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel up to 30%. Must work well in a fast-paced environment with multi-task abilities and detail-oriented. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift boxes weighing not more than 25 lb. MENTAL/APTITUDE REQUIREMENTS: Proficient with Math and complex analytical concepts, ability to multi-tasks and manage substantial workload. Attention to detail. Ability to quickly grasp concepts and processes. Ability to integrate computer processes and technical concepts.
