Production Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description: Supervise SUM activities related to equipment performance, preventative maintenance, spare parts availability, data collection, evaluation, process improvement, and project management. This position is responsible for the daily involvement in the day-to-day operations for Sterile & Non-Sterile Filling. The position will analyze daily production reports and assure equipment problems are solved and the lines run at optimum performance levels. Other responsibilities include evaluation of downtime on the lines, development of employees; spare parts inventory involvement of capital improvements.M-F 7:00 am to 4:00 pmOT may be required wk days/wk ends Qualifications: Education: BS in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering required.Experience: Minimum 5yrs experience in a manufacturing environment with involvement in leading operation improvement initiatives, preferable in a pharmaceutical environment. Project leadership experience preferred.Special Skills: Hands-on experience with clean room filling equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literate.Specialized Training: Previous Lean, SMED, and Six Sigma training a plus. Previous work in a Class A cleanroom environment preferred.
