Primary Function:

Coordinate and oversee the creative development, approvals and print production of sales and marketing collateral and advertising projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare all necessary paperwork and documentation for all projects
Coordinate with marketing and external resources to develop project timelines and responsible for managing those timelines.
Facilitate materials through the LAF approval process. Responsible for the production and completion of projects upon LAF approval.
Manage literature warehouse and fulfillment vendors, ensuring items are current, in stock and properly available to the various sales
representatitves.
Coordinate shipments to the sales force when required.
Follow standard purchasing practices to competitively source products and services from outside resources, including, but not limited to, printing, production of materials in various media, promotional items and creative services.
Provide creative direction to creative resources on new projects.
Partner with outside resources to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Provide training to new marketing members on the production services creative development and LAF processes
Develop printing and mailing specifications

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelors Degree plus two years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing or business. Experience in an FDA regulated environment a plus.
Knowledge of the creative development and print production processes.
Ability to adapt to changes in project scopes and deadlines
Thrive in a fast paced environment
Communicate effectively with other departments and divisions, along with outside vendors both verbally and written
Strong computer skills
Fast paced and pressured environment
Ability to multi task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.
Developing schedules, and prioritizing workflow on a regular basis
Communicating deadlines and providing alternative solutions to keep projects on track
Maintaining clear communications between departments
