Program Manager - Medical Education

Exciting opportunity to join Clinical Connexion Healthcare, a growing medical education company conveniently located off of I-95 in Newtown, PA. As Program Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Program management, you will be responsible for delivering medical education programs to our clients. Requires BS/BA degree in life sciences, marketing or communications preferred and 5-7 years related program management experience in the pharmaceutical/medical education/healthcare industries.

The following details the responsibilities of the position:

. Collect and compile proposal/budget information as part of Proposal Development Process with Group Account Director 

· Interface with Finance and Operations to ensure timely project reconciliations and accurate documentation

· Function as Program Management intermediary with Event Planners/Managers and faculty/participants regarding meeting logistics (pre-and post-program)

· Primary contact with Creative and Editorial Services to advance manuscripts(s) e.g., faculty presentations, program materials and layouts

· Work with Senior Director, Program Management to expand and refine current agency operating systems to support evolving CCX infrastructure and to ensure continuing growth and quality control

Departmental Roles and Responsibilities

· Develop timelines, project status reports, billing checklists, project proposals and budgets as necessary

· Conduct project kick-off meetings, post-conference and post-project debriefings

· Support maintenance of electronic job folders for each project

· Prepare information and attend weekly Client Status Meetings

· Participate in recruitment of program/project faculty

· Ensure all pre/post program documentation is completed (faculty contracts, regulatory, financial)

· Lead final reconciliation process

· Review all vendor invoices and prepare final billing documentation for team approval

· Work with supervisor(s) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of individual projects

· Periodically review internal financial reports to ensure accuracy of individual projects

· Supervise direct report(s)

· Assist Senior Director, Program Management with implementing CCX Professional Development Plan within Program Management

· Attend on-site and industry meetings as required

· Support agency new business pitches as required

· Assist with client communication, as needed
