The Senior Program Manager will assemble and lead development project teams to develop plans and budgets and manage their performance to meet or exceed Renal BU expectations.Job Responsibilities: •Provide leadership and direction for the efforts of cross-functional teams including marketing, science, manufacturing and development, quality, biomedical operations, regulatory, and clinical. •Establish objectives and commitments for program team which are aligned with the overall business strategies. •Develop financial and resource requirements for management approval; performs risk analysis and considers alternative strategies to meet program objectives.•Manage the financial budgeting & forecasting process, including the development of the budget drivers and long range plans. •Lead program teams to develop and execute on the life cycle plan.•Prepare team to update Stakeholders on regular basisBasic Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years relevant experience•MBA and strong knowledge of the drug development process, project management, FDA and EU regulations, clinical trials and marketingPreferred Qualifications:•Detailed understanding of the drug development process. •Require minimal supervision for decision-making and resolution of project obstacles and conflicts.•Ensure high level of communication with team, support resources and Management regarding progress monitoring.•Possess high level of negotiation skills for team buy-in, commitment and ability to move programs forward.•Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, with an emphasis on facilitation. .Additional Information:Travel Percentage: 10%
