Programmer/Developer (SAS)

SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

·         Base SAS Programming

·         3 years experience required

·         Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or equivalent

·         MS SQL and .NET experience desired

 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Create, unit test and maintain SAS programs for clinical study programs. Create, unit test and maintain .NET applications for web reporting. Ability to provide support for data migration project.

 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Build Ad Hoc and periodic reports for study management. Perform data analysis/data mining within SAS Ability to maintain documentation, in accordance to internal work processes. Interact and consult with clients and clinicians on data quality, analysis and database issues. Work effectively in a complex, multi tasking work environment. Act as liaison to IT for SAS software management issues. Support maintenance of procedures for position.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·         Solid Programming skills in BASE SAS programming

·         Programming skills in Microsoft SQL

·         Programming skills in .NET

 

·         Solid MS Office/MS ACCESS experience

·         Strong quantitative analysis skills

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Demonstrated teamwork skills

·         Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
