The Project Administrative Assistant will support the team on designated projects ensuring that customer service, quality, and timelines are met. The candidate will perform quality control checks to ensure the integrity of data, assist with data entry, and will aid in the preparation of supply shipments to clients, among other tasks. In addition, this person will setup, maintain, and update databases and Excel spreadsheets. The individual will also ensure proper filing of all documents and under direct supervision communicate with clients by fielding, answering, and directing questions to obtain appropriate answers.

 

An ideal candidate is an individual who works well in a team environment, is experienced in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), has strong organizational and communication skills, is accomplished at accurate data entry, and works well within a fast-paced work environment.
