Every day, KSR Clinical Research connects scientific professionals with opportunities to advance their careers.We currently have an exciting long term contract opportunity for a Clinical Development Project Management Associate with at least 3 years of experience in Clinical Research Project Management in the Indianapolis, IN area.JOB DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the Project Management Associate is to lead the application and integration of key Project Management processes and tools across teams and/or subsets of teams to deliver team milestones on time, on budget, and within scope. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES' Will lead (with coaching and support from PM Leadership) the creation of an integrated drug development plan or subsets of the plan including scope, budget, timeline, and risk that translate the 'label as driver' strategy into operational objectives ' Will monitoring performance vs. plan and leading appropriate control processes for the team(s)' Will be responsible for effectively managing upward and cross-functional communications, resolving issues with the team and portfolio in mind, ensuring documentation of key team information and decisions, and ensuring project management systems are up to date (MS Project, SAP etc.) JOB REQUIREMENTS ' FOUR-YEAR DEGREE, preferably in a health-related, scientific or engineering field' Higher degree, PMP certification desirable' 3-5 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or drug development desirable' Excellent oral and written communication skills ' Excellent self-management, organizational skills and detail oriented' Demonstrated ability to get results without direct authority' Computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)For immediate consideration, click the 'Apply Now!' button, or refer a friend by clicking the 'E-mail this job' link provided.Kelly Scientific Resources® has grown into a $200 million global business as the scientific business unit of Kelly Services.
