Project Manager, Acute Care Regional Offer Development (1 of 2) - (Job Number: 0805022) DescriptionJohnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Project Manager Acute Care Regional Offer Development, Contract Strategy & Management, located in Piscataway, NJ. Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises. The incumbent will lead and provide leadership and support to Operating Companies and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Regional Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) in the development of agreements and proposals while ensuring the implementation of the JJHCS and Operating Company proposal, pricing, contracting strategies requirements. Negotiate and implement profitable limited risk contracts that will meet the needs of the marketplace. Work directly with field sales force in executing contracting strategies. Create. Develop and administer contract across the entire contracting continuum for an identified set of customers. Develop innovative methodologies to increase the breadth and market share of Johnson and Johnson in all Acute Care Sectors. Work with operating companies to develop pricing and contracting programs to maximize value/market share and minimize risk. Be the single point of contact for a specified account region. Be willing to think strategically, work within a team environment and continue to refine market strategies. A Bachelors Degree is required, preferably with a Business Major. An MBA is preferred. A Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 6 years business experience OR an MBA with a minimum of 3 years business experience is required. Experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device & Diagnostic (MD&D) Industry is preferred. Knowledge of contracting within the Acute Care Sector is preferred. Experience in dealing with Integrated Delivery networks or Regional Group Purchasing Organizations Preferred (GPOs) is preferred. A demonstrated ability to negotiate complex terms, conditions and pricing strategies is required. A demonstrated ability to be a part of a larger team, think strategically and make detailed presentations to senior management levels (within J&J and customers) is required. Experience in working with field sales teams is preferred. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills are required. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
