Project Manager - Clinical/Pharmaceutical

Paragon is looking for two Project Manager consultants for a critical initiative with our client Merck in Rahway, NJ.  Key to this role will be consultants with previous pharmaceutical experience in the clinical space.

The successful candidate will provide Project Manager support for the Clinical Trial Patient Data Management Portfolio. Specifically; •PM shall develop and manage project charters, budgets and plans for complex projects • PM shall assist in the identification, reporting, resolution of risks and issues as well as mitigation plans • Shall assist in developing executing release plans • Shall interact with the technical teams, vendors and business teams to ensure necessary activities are completed • Shall lead daily in project tracking, planning and status meeting • Shall develop and implement project communication plans • Shall particulate on cross program project reviews and planning          Required Skills: ·        Software application development project management skills including resource planning and budget management. ·        Strong teamwork skills and follow-up skills. ·        Prior experience with Microsoft Project. ·        Experience with vendor management. ·        Good written oral communication skills. ·        Solid knowledge of the Clinical Trial process and Clinical Trial Data included Electronic Data Capture. ·        Working knowledge of CDISC standards including SDTM and ODM. ·        Solid knowledge of the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technology. ·        Knowledge of the software development cycle and quality standards and compliance requirements for validated systems.
