Constella's drug development unit assists pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients with clinical trials across all therapeutic areas and phases of study. Project Manager positions are full time and based at our Durham, NC office. Out of state applicants relocating to the area are encouraged to apply. Involves 10-15% travel. Analyzes monthly financial reports, evaluates study progress, develops work plans, and allocates necessary resources to ensure study is managed based on timelines, scope of work, budget, and sponsor needs Prepares and adheres to clinical study budgets to ensure that proposals are competitive and meets needs of the sponsor Provides management support, guidance, and problem solving assistance to the project team. Prepares status reports on project progress for sponsors and Constella management to ensure ongoing accurate updates are provided Minimum 2 years direct clinical trials project management experience required BA/BS degree in a life sciences/allied health field and 4 years experience managing clinical trials stronly preferred Previous field monitoring experience strongly preferred Therapuetic areas preferred: Oncology, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, and critical care.
