Provides transparency to Renal global business information to enhance decision-making capability of Renal Division's global commercial management team. Responsible for identifying, leveraging or developing processes and systems for accessing and analyzing business information, including global product sales, patient census information, and other critical data. Proactive point of contact for Renal Global business teams, including marketing, HD and PD strategy, and other global commercial team members Manage/lead entire project or service including technical solution, implementation, support and quality. Understand and direct/participate in all phases of project implementation on multiple large projects. Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence standards/regulatory requirements. Develops comprehensive understanding of Renal global commercial business activity – identifies requirements, assesses existing information and tools, and delivers decision-support platform Develops processes and systems for the access and analysis of Renal critical business information, including global product sales and patient clinical and census information Identifies best practices and key opportunities in the use of commercial business information among Renal commercial teams around the world Manages demand for new services – strategic positioning, tactical planning and prioritization (not list taking) Serves as link to IT International team and initiatives that impact Renal team members around the world Participates in development of Renal information strategy. Responsible for translating the strategy into short and long term goals and deliverables. QUALIFICATIONS: Significant global "big" project management with track record of successful project delivery Global business perspective with project leadership experience Strategic thinker with a process orientation Great communication skills at all levels; strong global cultural awareness Strong Relationship builder; High energy level with significant motivational skills Ability to accomplish results through others Expert in project management/processes and/or SDLC Project Management Certification preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred or relevant work experience. 10+ years of systems experience including 3+ years of project leadership.
