Promotional Services System Manager REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s Degree preferred. Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, attention to detail and time management skills required. 8-10 years experience in a Pharmaceutical Sales/Marketing organization with a solid understanding of the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review of promotional materials required. Demonstrated experience in administration and enhancements of an IT application. Demonstrated good project management skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Tier II trouble shooting for problems that cannot be solved by PS analyst I position Responsible for establishing, tracking, reporting and seeking improvements on the agreed metrics for the creation to distribution cycle for brand pieces. Responsible for workflow enhancements to the automated MLR system. Identify, define, gain approval, and implement approved changes in the system. Responsible to ensure that documentation around the system, including training, is reflective of the changes made. Develop and execute test plans on changes to the system. Responsible for managing Aprimo Support resources to ensure improvements are being made and the resources is being sufficiently utilized. Responsible for running status meeting with Aprimo Support and BI IT. Responsible for the implementation of new releases. This includes planning, coordination with Aprimo and BI IT department, training and rollout schedule for all 300 users. Responsible for creating training for all new users and all new functionality for the automated review system, ensure that internal and external users are trained. Work with IT to resolve technical issues. Responsible for defining, building and maintaining reports for the system. Ensure that reports are developed to meet approved needs and that reports are produced and distributed on the agreed to schedule. Corporate Site
