This person will also manage the development of the proposal, ensuring the company's response is organized, persuasive, and compliant.Requirements *3+ years of proposal writing or healthcare experience preferred *Superior written and verbal communication skills *Strong project management skills *Ability to work cross-functionally *Skilled in supporting a project under defined deadlines *BA or advanced degree required _______________________________________________________________________________________ Description EPrescribing Senior Manager - Writer Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical company seeks EPrescribing Senior Manager – Writer to help with strategic projects and managing cross functional tams and process improvement. Responsibilities:·  Responding to all RFP questions related to ePrescribing·  Business and functional required development for ePrescribing activities in the company’s process·  Present updates to impacted teams including Legal, RFP and Account Management·  Develop and present executive level summaries of ePrescribing activities·  Give formal and informal project updates to all levels of management·  Lead multiple contract discussions at the same time·  Lead cross functional groups·  Will manage the RFP response and business and functional requirements process for ePrescribing and point of care·  Will involve clarifying the company’s strategic positioning in relation to ePrescribing to potential clients as well as clarifying the department's strategic goals internally·  Will write the business and functional requirements that support the strategic goals of the ePrescribing team.·  Serve as interface between product, legal, pharmacy, quality assurance and IT throughout life cycle of project·  Must develop cross functional knowledge of areas involved Requirements:·  B.A. in Business, Finance preferred·  2+ years of product management or business writing ·  Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills·  Ability to influence people·  Excellent writing skills·  Strong analytical skills·  Must have self motivation·  Must be a team player ·  Must be familiar with goal setting, measurement and attainment
