For more information about PAREXEL International visit www.PAREXEL.com Essential FunctionThe Proposal and Contract Developer's role is to create budgets and matching scope of work text for proposals, contracts and changes in scope.Key Accountabilities' Create scope of work text, task and responsibility tables, timetables, budgets and budget grids, payment schedules.Proposal Development' Participate in strategy meetings to:o Identify issues and client requirementso Identify key strategy team memberso Recommend internal resourcingo Establish agreement on timelines and deliverables from the strategy meeting, and follow-up to ensure adherence' Create accurate budget which reflects both PAREXEL and client needs assuring accuracy, consistency and competitiveness' Ensure appropriate and accurate mapping to client budget specifications' Provide quality deliverable to agreed deadlinesContract Management' Develop scope of work documents from proposals' May develop payment schedules' May develop change in scope documentsOther Tasks' Processes and maintains information relating to proposals and contractual documents in relevant databases' Participates in the development and testing of tools and proceduresThis position may be located in Waltham, MA  Skills' Well organized with good oral and written communication skills' Good numeracy skills' Good analytical and problem-solving skills' Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases)Education' Bachelors Degree in Life Science, Business or equivalentLanguage Skills ' Fluent in English, oral and writtenMinimum Work Experience2 years of previous experience in proposal development or contract administration or clinical research a plus RESPOND HERE!
