QA Inspector/Auditor

QA Inspector - to sample, inspect finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies,  review batch records, test products and inspects components  for conformance to company standards.  Requires conformance to Delavau’s SOP’s, cGMP’s (21 CFR 211), OSHA requirements and safety procedures.  Ensure product being manufactured is controlled, tested, monitored and documented throughout the process. Responsible for all in-process testing and sampling of raw materials and components.  Checks randomly selected samples to verify accuracy of equipment or process. Receives samples from rework supervisor and checks reworked product for compliance with company standards. Keeps records and makes reports indicating results of inspections.  Assist supervisors with follow-up checks on quality problems. This job describes the nature and level of assignments given in this position.  Additional related duties may be assigned. Overtime required including some weekends. 1 to 2 years of experience.
