QA Spec III

Responsible for managing the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems and supporting activities for SELDI manufacturing. Also oversees audits of production and Quality Control areas. Provides QA support to manufacturing facility and coordinates inter-department activities. Coordinates and participates in the training of site personnel in QA process. Will act as back up for QA Manager as required. Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field. 2-5 years related experience including QA, GMP, ISO 9001:2000 and/or ISO13485:2003. 2-4 years performing Internal Quality Audits.Internal auditing experience to ISO9001:2000 or ISO 13485:2003 standards. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to influence management to ensure continuing compliance to the quality system requirements.
