Roles

 

· Work closely with WDC leadership to manage demand and allocate test resources.

· Determine test approaches and methods through all test phases- unit, integration, functional, system, load, and usability tests etc.

· Create and/or manage the creation of detailed test plans, requirements traceability matrices, test conditions, and scripts from the Business Process Definition (BPD) document and Detailed Functional Design (DFD) document to support QA testing of functional requirements.

· Coordination of application releases into the testing and production environment.

· Act as a liaison to Web Hosting Services team during releases.

· Manage the Execution of QA tests and scripts for all applications in the Test Phase.

· Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and test environment throughout the software development life cycle. 

· Work with the Automated Testing Group to perform data volume and concurrency testing.

· Assist with functional training to business clients during the UAT phase.

· Maintain WDC software QA processes, templates, and best practice initiatives.

 

 


Requirements

 

Off-shore experience preferred

Previous pharmaceutical experience preferred

 

· 2+ years experience Test planning, scripting, and execution.

· 2+ years web application testing

 

Preferred Skills:

 

· Testing Certification

· Experience working with offshore teams

· Automated Testing experience

· Some Web development experience

· Database experience (design or testing)
