QC Analyst - ELISA Lab

Kelly Scientific is currently looking for a QC analyst to work within an ELISA lab for our client located in Berkeley.This is a 6 Month contract positions.Job Description:The incumbent will perform the duties of an ELISA Analyst. These include performing analytical operations within the Quality Control ELISA lab, working with supervisors and other lab and department personnel, to ensure timeliness, efficiency and accuracy of testing, and to ensure that operations are performed safely and in compliance with compendial and cGMP guidelines, providing communication as required to facilitate timely evaluation of in-process, and special testing samples. This position will also support validation and implementation of new or revised analytical procedures and related software and documentation, laboratory and capital equipment maintenance and calibration and cross-group communication and projects. Also included are performance of tasks to achieve lab and departmental goals and objectives. Requirements:Bachelors degree in Science. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, in the clinical laboratory, or in academic laboratory with emphasis in chemical or biochemical analysis, analytical validation, or equivalent. The ability to work Sunday -Thursday, 10:00AM-6:30PM, but may change depending on business need (the first month of work will be Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30).
