**This position is based in WILSON NC**Summary of Responsibilities: Demonstrates technical understanding and proficiency as it relates to methodology, instrumentation and systems to support all API and non-API testing within the laboratory workgroup. May help lead in the training of others within workgroup. Performs troubleshooting and initial investigative work related to OOS, OOT data. Identifies and participates in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for the Team and Quality Control.Essential Job Functions: Possesses thorough understanding of Laboratory technical concepts supporting methodology, instrumentation and systems in Raw Material (API and non-API) Testing. Uses judgment and follows policies to reach solutions and possesses a thorough understanding of cGMPs. Leads consistently in productivity, quality and teamwork metrics. Drives continuous improvement initiatives within Quality Control.Qualifications" Bachelor in science related field and 2 years of professional related experience OR" Associates Degree in science related field and 4 years of professional related experienceSkills & Competencies:" Technical Competence" Customer/Quality Focus" Written/Verbal Communication
