Job Description QUALITY ASSURANCE LEADER The Quality Assurance Leader establishes a focal point for the management of quality agreements and communication to QA prior to job set-up, during processing, and following job completion including product distribution.  The QA Leader ensures that customer requirements are developed, documented, and implemented for processing and that production order paperwork and distribution protocols reflect the standards indicated by the client. Oversees the QA Coordinators who review the batch records.Bachelor’s  degree ( B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university, and at least five years experience in QA in a pharmaceutical environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience should include client interaction as this is an important function of the position duties.Must be able to resolve issues and act in an advisory capacity requiring above-average problem solving and communication skills. Must posses ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals including assigned external customers, vendors and investigator’s sitesShould be self-directed, and be able to work well independently and in a group. Position requires good organizational skills as well as good written and oral communication skills and experience with PCs and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: BachelorsJob Level: Experienced
