Seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated individual as a critical component of ensuring the success of projects related to the global product R&D and product support by harmonization and deployment of the corporate Global Quality systems policies and procedure.This role in Nutrition Quality has the following primary responsibilities:- Ensure that projects are completed in a timely fashion as prioritized and aligned with the strategies defined by the Corporate and MD Quality organizations and the Business Unit strategies. - Provide Quality support for R&D projects including quality plans, risk management plans, collection, tracking, analyzing and communication of project metrics, status and issues. - Work with project teams regarding the identification of projects deliverables and associated milestones. - Collect and analyze project milestone results and timeline slippage to determine root cause, develop and implement corrective action plans. - Assures compliance with all Corporate and regulatory agency requirements and standards.- Anticipate potential conflict situations and provide proactive solutions and communicate with management to eliminate or minimize barriers. - Develop and manage relationship with other Baxter Program Management Offices, external consultants and suppliers of PM resources. - Utilize website as key communication vehicle of program information and training opportunities. - Create, maintain and communicate Lessons Learned resource center. QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications include:- Strong technical, analytical, judgment and critical thinking skills. - Project management skills including demonstrated success in managing and meeting timelines and milestones. Able to handle multiple tasks. - Extensive cross-functional team experience and the demonstrated ability to build relationships across functional boundaries at multiple levels. Strong conflict resolution, interpersonal and influencing skills - Ability to work independently, make quick, sound decisions with limited data and provide upward communication when appropriate.- Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful, and flexible. - Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills. - Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a highly matrixed, cross-functional consensus-driven organization. - Knowledge of the global GMP requirements for the manufacture and marketing of parenteral solution products. - Knowledge of product development processes.
