The primary objective of the Sales Education Manager (SEM) is to create and implement teaching curriculums for sales training programs. The SEM will also assist the field education team to develop and conduct regional sales representative training programs. The SEM will work across functions and coordinate product launch materials with marketing and R&D personnel. Other responsibilities include developing on-line training programs and delivering training at National meetings.
