To give you more background, the position is a compliance attorney position and will be playing a key role in conducting promotional review activities, counseling and training on issues of fraud and abuse, and reviewing and preparing contracts. Additionally, you will provide counsel on issues for Research and Development, Sales and Marketing and Public Relations under the direction of the Sr. Compliance Attorney.
