Receptionist / File Clerk

We are currently looking for a Receptionist / File clerk for a temporary position.  Responsible for providing back up and fill-in for receptionist and administrative duties in Office Management department as directed.

Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following:

- Primary back-up to answer and dispatch all incoming calls to reception switchboard.
- Take and distribute messages for unavailable inVentiv staff, if necessary.
- Maintain all conference room meeting schedules.
- Maintain appearance of front reception including visitors board.
- Responsible for inVentiv visitors including: greeting, log and name badges.
- Provide administrative assistance for departments, as needed.
