Responsibilities:
Job Description: We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and further their career in recruiting. The Recruiter will be responsible for: -Locating top talent, interviewing applicants and consulting with candidates on industry trends and opportunities. - Working on the recruiting team to source, recruit, interview, submit and ultimately place new candidates -Marketing candidates by submitting them to active job openings and producing pre-marketing submittals - Work with candidates through the hiring process by; coordinating interviews, prepping and coaching candidates, debriefing candidates after the interview, closing candidates and getting signed offer letters, and walking candidates into client interviews

Qualifications:
Job Requirements: A successful applicant must: - Have a Bachelor's degree -Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting - Possess proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives - Be willing to work in a creative, flexible team environment -Be well versed and confident in prospecting new candidates -Be energetic and enthusiastic -Have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
