Recruiting Coordinator

Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting activities within the corporate offices of Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. This position will ensure an effective recruiting process and handle all administrative tasks related to these activities.

Job Responsibilities:Staffing, tracking and coordination of the headquarters temporary employees. This includes management of the on-boarding process of new temporary employees for our hiring managers.Coordination of field sales interviews with executive management.Setting of headquarter interviews between candidates and hiring authorities.Background authorizations and review, new hire notices, creating new hire folder.Updating Applicant Tracking System, posting positions to external web sites, sending rejection letters.

Periodic Responsibilities:

Generating quarterly temporary staffing report figures

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. 1-2 years comparable previous staffing experience/understanding of staffing industry is required.Strong MS Office skills required.Applicant Tracking experience preferred.Strong organization skillsExcellent customer service and communication skills.
