Apply now for our Recruiting Coordinator Qtemp position located in our Research Triangle Park office.  The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to local HR recruiting group in meeting staffing needs.  The Coordinator will primarily focus on the following activities: Prepare, process and maintain all confidential documents including but not limited to resumes and correspondence. Maintain applicant tracking system. Provide assistance to the HR and administrative staff as required on special assignments, projects, etc. Generate and maintain new employee files. Prepare all offer letters and background checks for the recruitment team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Experience with Internet searching techniques Good verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills Ability to use discretion in dealing with confidential information High School diploma, with two years of relevant experience or or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
